At Viadellerose, we are committed to offering a refined shopping experience. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
For customers within the European Union, you also benefit from the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process. Kindly note that items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
If you decide to return an item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For orders from Madeira, Azores, and the Canary Islands, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer due to the nature of remote delivery regions.
In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will, of course, arrange and cover the return shipping (except where logistics costs are significantly higher due to remote locations).
Damages and Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if there are any concerns. Our team will ensure the matter is handled with the utmost care and attention.
Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, personalized products, and personal care items.
Returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item once your return has been approved.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without justification.
Following your notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days.
In accordance with EU regulations, standard delivery costs will be refunded. Any additional delivery options, such as express shipping, are non-refundable.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
